This Privacy Policy sets forth the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data of visitors to the website ersancetin.av.tr (“Website”) in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 dated 7/4/2016 (“KVKK”).

Article 2 – Scope

This policy applies to all natural persons who visit the Website. No goods or services are sold through the Website, nor is any membership or account creation facility provided.

Article 3 – Processing of Personal Data

(1) No forms, membership systems or pixel tags are used on the Website.

(2) No personal data is directly requested from or collected from visitors.

Article 4 – Hosting and Server Logs

(1) The Website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc.

(2) As part of the hosting service, standard server log files may be generated in accordance with web protocols. These records may contain data such as IP addresses, access dates and times, requested pages and browser information.

(3) Such data is processed by automated means exclusively for the purpose of maintaining security and technical infrastructure, on the legal basis of the data controller's legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK.

Article 5 – Visitor Statistics

(1) Aggregate statistics on visits to the Website are obtained through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

(2) This service does not use cookies, does not store data on the visitor's device and does not create profiles to identify visitors. The data obtained consists of aggregate information such as page views, referring sites, country and device type.

Article 6 – Cookies

No cookies are used on the Website.

Article 7 – Third-Party Resources

All resources of the Website, including fonts, are loaded from the Website's own server. Apart from the measurement services mentioned above, no external content delivery network or third-party resource is used.

Article 8 – Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, visitors have the right to ascertain whether their personal data is being processed, to request information thereon if processed, and to request the deletion or destruction of their data.
